For Preparation
  • 1 sheet parchment paper
  • 1 tray baking tray

Method

Preparation
  1. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, stir the Greek yogurt until well mixed.
  3. If desired, sweeten the yogurt with honey or maple syrup.
  4. Spread the yogurt evenly onto the lined baking tray, not too thin.
  5. Add your nuts and fruits on top, pressing them gently into the yogurt.
  6. Freeze for 2 hours or until solid.
  7. Once frozen, break into pieces and enjoy.

Notes

Store in an airtight container after freezing to avoid air and frost. Use juicy fruits like berries; dry them before adding them to the yogurt. Feel free to swirl in peanut butter or jam for added flavor.
