Preparation
- Get a jar or bowl; does not need to be fancy.
- Dump in half a cup of rolled oats.
- Plop on one-third cup of Greek yogurt.
- Pour in half a cup of your favorite milk.
- Add a tablespoon of chia seeds.
- Give it a sweet dash: one teaspoon maple syrup or honey.
- Top with fruit, nuts, or peanut butter.
- Stir the whole thing well.
- Lid on and chill overnight.
Notes
Make sure to mix well to prevent dry pockets. Avoid using instant oats as they can become mushy. Adjust the liquid quantity for desired thickness.
