  • 2 cups Greek yogurt Whole-milk Greek yogurt recommended for texture.
  • 1 cup Fresh berries Use any combination of blueberries, strawberries, raspberries.
  • 2 tablespoons Honey Drizzle to taste.
Optional Toppings
  • 1/2 cup Granola For added crunch.
  • 1/4 cup Chopped nuts Optional, choose your favorite type.
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract Optional for extra flavor.

Method
 

Layering
  1. Spoon some Greek yogurt into a glass or bowl.
  2. Add a layer of fresh berries on top.
  3. Drizzle honey over the berries.
  4. If using, sprinkle granola and nuts on top.
  5. Repeat the layers until you run out of ingredients or reach the desired height.
Serving
  1. Allow the parfait to sit for five minutes before serving to let the flavors meld.
  2. Serve in tall glasses or mason jars for a fancy touch.

Notes

Feel free to experiment with seasonal fruits or substitutes for honey. This parfait can be made ahead and stored in jars for a quick grab-and-go breakfast.
