  • 1/2 cup milk Can use almond milk or cow milk.
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup Optional for sweetness.
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon Optional, adds flavor.
Optional Add-ins
  • 1 spoonful protein powder For extra protein.
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds For added nutrition.
  • 1 spoonful peanut butter Adds creaminess and flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Place the oats in the blender first, under the liquid.
  2. Add Greek yogurt, banana, and milk.
  3. Optional: Add honey or maple syrup for sweetness.
  4. Blend on high for at least a minute until smooth.
  5. Adjust thickness by adding more milk or ice as needed.

Notes

For extra creaminess, soak oats overnight. Use frozen fruits for a colder smoothie.
