- In a blender, combine vanilla ice cream, whole milk, peppermint extract, and green food coloring. Blend on high speed for 30–45 seconds until smooth and creamy.
- Add the alcohol-free vanilla extract, non-alcoholic Irish cream syrup, and coffee extract (optional) to the blender. Blend for another 15–20 seconds until fully combined.
- Pour the shake into chilled glasses. Top with whipped cream, crushed mint cookies or chocolate chips, a maraschino cherry, and a mint leaf for garnish.
Notes
For a dairy-free option, use coconut milk ice cream and almond or oat milk. Adjust peppermint extract gradually for flavor balance.
