Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth. Add eggs, melted coconut oil, applesauce, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together almond flour, oat flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and cocoa powder.
  4. Gradually combine the dry mixture into the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  5. Fold in the sugar-free dark chocolate chips.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
