- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth. Add eggs, melted coconut oil, applesauce, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together almond flour, oat flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and cocoa powder.
- Gradually combine the dry mixture into the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in the sugar-free dark chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
