Ingredients

  • ½ cup cooked lentils or chickpeas
Spices
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • ½ tsp cumin seeds
  • ½ tsp garam masala
Base and Fats
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Heat olive oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
  2. Sauté chopped vegetables for 5 minutes.
  3. Add turmeric, garam masala, and salt. Stir well.
Cooking
  1. Pour in coconut milk and simmer for 10 minutes.
  2. Add cooked lentils and let it thicken.
  3. Serve with whole-grain bread or rice.
