Ingredients
  

Tropical Energy Booster
  • 1 piece 1 ripe banana
  • ½ cup ½ cup chopped mango
  • ½ cup ½ cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup 1 cup coconut water
  • ½ piece Juice of ½ lime
  • 1 handful A handful of spinach (optional) Optional for added nutrients
Blueberry Protein Recharge
  • 1 cup 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 scoop 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 cup 1 cup almond milk
  • ½ piece ½ avocado For creaminess
Green Detox Glow
  • 1 piece 1 green apple, chopped
  • 1 cup 1 cup kale or baby spinach
  • ½ piece ½ cucumber
  • ½ inch ½ inch fresh ginger
  • 1 piece Juice of 1 lemon
  • ¾ cup ¾ cup cold water or coconut water

Method
 

Preparation
  1. For the Tropical Energy Booster, blend all ingredients until smooth.
  2. For the Blueberry Protein Recharge, blend frozen blueberries, protein powder, chia seeds, almond milk, and avocado until creamy.
  3. For the Green Detox Glow, blend green apple, kale or spinach, cucumber, ginger, lemon juice, and water or coconut water until smooth.

Notes

Freeze fruits ahead for a creamier texture. Add Greek yogurt or nut butter for extra protein and blend in flaxseeds or hemp seeds for omega-3s.
