Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash and thinly slice the potatoes for even cooking.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet using a non-stick or cast-iron pan for best results.
  3. Sauté onions and garlic until fragrant and caramelized.

  5. Pour in the broth, cover, and let the potatoes soften while stirring occasionally.
  6. Uncover and let the potatoes crisp up for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For a healthier version, consider using sweet potatoes and reducing the amount of oil.
