Preparation
- Grab a jar or any lidded container.
- Spoon some thick Greek yogurt into the jar (about 1/2 cup).
- Add a layer of fresh fruit on top of the yogurt (1/2 cup).
- Next, add a generous handful of rolled oats (1/2 cup).
- Drizzle with honey if desired.
- Repeat the layers until the jar is full.
- Seal the jar and store in the refrigerator for a grab-and-go breakfast.
Notes
Use airtight jars to avoid spills. Layer crunchy toppings like granola on top to keep them from getting soggy. You can prepare multiple jars at once for a few days' breakfasts.
