  • 2 cups Greek yogurt Thick Greek yogurt works best.
  • 2 cups fresh fruit Berries, bananas, apples, etc.
  • 2 cups rolled oats Old-fashioned preferred.
  • 1 tbsp honey Optional, for sweetness.
  • 1 pinch salt To enhance flavor.
  • 1 cup milk To adjust the consistency of the oats.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Grab a jar or any lidded container.
  2. Spoon some thick Greek yogurt into the jar (about 1/2 cup).
  3. Add a layer of fresh fruit on top of the yogurt (1/2 cup).
  4. Next, add a generous handful of rolled oats (1/2 cup).
  5. Drizzle with honey if desired.
  6. Repeat the layers until the jar is full.
  7. Seal the jar and store in the refrigerator for a grab-and-go breakfast.

Notes

Use airtight jars to avoid spills. Layer crunchy toppings like granola on top to keep them from getting soggy. You can prepare multiple jars at once for a few days' breakfasts.
