Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, diced mango, honey (if using), and vanilla extract.
  2. Stir in the chia seeds until evenly distributed.
  3. Allow the mixture to sit for about 10 minutes to let the chia seeds absorb liquid and expand.
