- Season the chicken inside and out with garlic powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each pocket with the diced bell peppers and shredded cheese.
- Use toothpicks to seal the openings before cooking.
Cooking
- Place the stuffed chicken breasts in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, checking the internal temperature to ensure it reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let the chicken rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
Notes
For a variation, try adding black beans or jalapeños inside the stuffed pockets. This dish pairs well with cilantro-lime rice or fresh guacamole.
