Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, diced jalapenos, crumbled bacon or sausage, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. Mix until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  3. Take an egg roll wrapper, place a spoonful of the filling in the center, and roll it tightly, sealing the edges with a little water.
Cooking
  1. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Fry the egg rolls until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  3. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Serving
  1. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

These egg rolls can be made ahead of time and frozen before frying. Just fry them straight from the freezer when ready to cook.
