  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar With 'the mother' for optimal benefits
  • 1-2 tablespoons raw honey Adjust for sweetness
  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger For added flavor and anti-inflammatory benefits
  • 1 tablespoon juice of lemon For vitamin C and taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt For added electrolytes

  • coconut water For an extra electrolyte boost
  • maple syrup As a vegan alternative to honey

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Grate the ginger finely.
  2. In a large jug, combine the water, apple cider vinegar, and lemon juice.
  3. Add honey (or maple syrup) to taste, ensuring it's fully dissolved.
  4. Stir in grated ginger and pink salt.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to enhance flavor. Stir well before serving.

Notes

This drink can last up to 3–4 days in the refrigerator. Shake well before serving.
