For the Truffles
  • 1 cup chocolate chips use semi-sweet or dark chocolate
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar adjust based on desired sweetness
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract for additional flavor
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs for texture and flavor
For Decoration
  • 12 candy eyes for facial features
  • 1/4 cup orange candy for carrot noses
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips for buttons and mouth
  • 1 cup coconut flakes to roll truffles in, optional

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and chocolate chips. Mix until smooth.
  2. Gradually add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and graham cracker crumbs to the mixture until well combined.
  3. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes to make it easier to handle.
Forming the Truffles
  1. Using your hands, form the chilled mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  2. Roll the balls in coconut flakes or leave them plain as desired.
Decorating
  1. Using candy eyes, mini chocolate chips, and orange candy, decorate each truffle to look like a snowman.
  2. Place the completed truffles on a serving platter and enjoy!

Notes

Store any leftover truffles in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. These truffles can also be customized with different decorations for holidays or parties.
