- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and chocolate chips. Mix until smooth.
- Gradually add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and graham cracker crumbs to the mixture until well combined.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes to make it easier to handle.
Forming the Truffles
- Using your hands, form the chilled mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Roll the balls in coconut flakes or leave them plain as desired.
Decorating
- Using candy eyes, mini chocolate chips, and orange candy, decorate each truffle to look like a snowman.
- Place the completed truffles on a serving platter and enjoy!
Notes
Store any leftover truffles in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. These truffles can also be customized with different decorations for holidays or parties.
