- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- In a medium saucepan, combine butter, milk, sugar, and salt, bringing to a boil while stirring constantly.
- Add all the flour at once, stirring until a ball forms and pulls away from the pan.
- Remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes. Beat in the eggs one at a time until well incorporated.
- Spoon the batter into muffin cups about halfway full and bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and puffy.
- Optionally, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar while warm or dust with powdered sugar once cooled.
