  • ¼ cup rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

  • 1 pinch sea salt

Preparation
  1. Soften Dates: Soak the dates in warm water for 10 minutes if they’re too dry. Drain and pat dry.
  2. Blend Base: In a food processor, combine dates, peanut butter, oats, chia seeds, flaxseed, vanilla, and salt. Process until the mixture forms a sticky dough.
  3. Roll: Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll into bite-sized balls or mini logs.
  4. Coat (Optional): Roll each piece in crushed peanuts or coconut flakes for extra texture and flavor.
  5. Chill & Store: Place on a tray and chill in the fridge for 20 minutes. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
