Baking
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, melt the butter and mix in the granulated and brown sugar until well combined.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- Sift together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt, then gradually blend into the wet mixture.
- Fold in the chopped pistachios and dark chocolate chips.
- Spread the batter evenly in the prepared baking pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the edges look set and the center is slightly jiggly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool before slicing.
Notes
For gooey centers, be careful not to overbake. You can experiment with different nuts or chocolate types for variations.
