Preparation
- Thaw the puff pastry on the counter for a few minutes.

- Grease a muffin tin to avoid sticking.
- Cut the thawed pastry into squares and tuck them into the muffin cups, allowing them to hang over a bit.
Mixing the Filling
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, cream, salt, pepper, and cheese.
- Add in any mix-ins of your choice and stir well.
Baking
- Pour the egg mixture into the pastry-lined muffin cups.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and puffy. If the centers still jiggle, bake longer.
