- Gradually blend the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until a dough forms.
- Chill the dough for at least 30 minutes.
Baking
- Scoop tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet, spacing them apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden.
- Let cookies cool completely on a wire rack.
Glazing
- For the glaze, whisk the sifted powdered sugar, passionfruit pulp, and agave syrup until smooth.
- Once cookies are cooled, drizzle the glaze over the top.
Notes
