Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, until edges are set but not browned.
- Remove from oven, and let the cookies cool on the pan for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
- Top each cookie with a Hershey's Kiss or a dollop of fruit preserve while they are still warm.
