- Mash the bananas in a large bowl.
- Add eggs, melted butter, and sugar; mix well.
- Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt until just combined.
- Gently fold in strawberries and any optional ingredients.
Baking
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 50-60 minutes.
- Check with a toothpick; it should come out with just crumbs.
- Let cool slightly before slicing.
