Method
 

Preparation

  3. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually integrate the dry ingredients into the cream cheese mixture, stirring until just combined.
Making the Strawberry Topping
  1. In another bowl, mix the crushed golden Oreos, crushed freeze-dried strawberries, and melted butter until you achieve a crumbly texture.
Baking the Cookies
