  • 1 can (15 oz) mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows ensure they are made with plant-based gelatin
  • 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
  • 1 cup sour cream or dairy-free alternative
  • 1 cup whipped cream or dairy-free alternative
  • 1 cup maraschino cherries, drained and halved ensure they are alcohol-free
  • 1 cup grapes, halved

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the pineapple chunks, mandarin oranges, mini marshmallows, shredded coconut, and maraschino cherries.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the sour cream and whipped cream until well combined.
  3. Gently fold the creamy mixture into the fruit mixture until everything is evenly coated.
  4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
  5. Before serving, give the salad a gentle stir and garnish with additional cherries or coconut if desired.

Notes

Make sure to drain canned fruits thoroughly to prevent excess liquid, and allow the salad to chill before serving for the best flavor.
