Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together milk, sugar, vanilla bean paste, and sea salt until fully combined.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the milk mixture until fully incorporated.
Freezing
  1. Transfer the mixture into a freezer-safe container.
  2. Press a piece of parchment paper directly onto the surface of the ice cream mixture to prevent ice crystals.
  3. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
