Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, brown the ground meat until fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
- Add taco seasoning, a splash of water, corn, and black beans. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Assembly
- Layer crushed chips on the bottom of a greased 9×13” baking dish.
- Pour the meat mixture over the chips and spread evenly.
- Top with salsa and shredded cheese.
Baking
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
- Add your favorite cold toppings and serve immediately.
