  • 1 cup cherries (fresh or frozen) Pit fresh cherries if using.
  • 100 grams dark chocolate Chopped or in chip form.
Optional Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup slivered almonds For crunch, optional.
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup For sweetness.
  • 1/2 cup granola or oats For added crunch, optional.

Method
 

Assembly
  1. Start by spooning in a layer of yogurt into your glass or bowl.
  2. Add a layer of cherries.
  3. Sprinkle chopped dark chocolate and almonds on top.
  4. If desired, drizzle honey or maple syrup over the layer.
  5. Repeat the layers until the glass is filled or until you are satisfied.
  6. Finish with more cherries and a sprinkle of granola.

Notes

Chill for a bit if you prefer the flavors to meld together. This parfait can be customized with various fruits or toppings based on personal preference.
