Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. In another bowl, combine the egg and milk, then add to the flour mixture, stirring until just combined.
